Inside Sales Coordinator

Job description


– Assist in drafting sales proposals/quotations, creating opportunities in Salesforce CRM, and with sales follow up process in collaboration with Area Sales Managers.

– Provide support with Salesforce CRM database management, such as data input from trade shows, task schedule assistance, keeping database updated

– Help Sales team plan & efficiently organize/schedule visits to prospective customers and customers.

– Help take care of requests for stripping wire samples, creating test result report and sending samples back to customers

– Monitor and report on customer satisfaction under supervision of Sales Management and in collaboration with service department.

– Actively participate in the promotion/sales/renewal of maintenance service contracts under supervision of Sales Management.

– Actively participate in the preparation, organization and follow up of trade shows/conventions (sales, marketing and administrative related tasks) under supervision of Sales Management.

– Help maintain and update certain marketing and sales support documents such as customer reference document and letters.

– Help with diverse marketing tasks as assigned by the Sales Director, such as obtaining press releases for our products in magazines/online publications

– Perform other duties as assigned

– Adhere to company policies and procedures as stated in the quality system documentation manual, the safety manual and the employee handbook




Associate Degree, preferred


Work experience


Administrative experience

Customer service experience


Expertise & methodology


– Bilingual, a plus (English and French)

– MS Office experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

– Teams experience or other video conferencing

– Knowledge of administrative procedures



Other requirement criteria


– External relationships with customers, sales leads

– Internal relationships with the Komax-Laselec teams in North America and France

– Hierarchical relationship: under supervision of Sales Director and Area Sales Managers

– Collaborative and eager to learn

– Good verbal communication skills and professional presentation

– Ability to multi-task in a sometimes stressful environment
