The ULTIMA UV laser marking system is a compact unit which can be moved and integrated into different production/reconditioning lines.

The ULTIMA In-Line model is synchronized via an encoder to the production line and automatically adjusts to the cable speed.
The ULTIMA system can also be installed offline between de-reeling/re-reeling modules.
ULTIMA In-Line systems utilize a curved marking zone (Laselec patented process) which guarantees marking accuracy and quality, even at very high speed.
The solution is composed of:
– a compact marking module equipped with a movable cover featuring a safety viewing window (in compliance with laser safety standards) and a safety sensor
– a cable guide: adjustment feature for cable and line height
– a separate control cabinet mounted on wheels.
The system is PC driven and includes software to easily adjust marking characteristics such as: font dimensions, bar-codes, font choice, data matrix, etc.
This class 1 laser machine while producing allows operators to work in open workshop without specific protection.
