The ILC Bench Top provides a high-precision cut on a very broad range of wire insulations / gauge, with no risk of damaging the shield or conductor. It assures accuracy and continuous quality.

 

The high power, high stability infrared laser source is able to process most insulation materials, including coaxial cable dielectric, or multilayer composite outer jacket.

 

Operating the ILC Bench Top is safe and straightforward: simply select the stripping program manually or scan a barcode and insert a wire. The stripping process starts automatically.

 

Special features for enhanced productivity

 

The longitudinal (straight or spiral) slit feature (BTS version) helps to remove insulation on the most challenging wire and cable. The ILC is also able to create window strips.
