We are looking for an experienced Global Key Account Manager Aerospace to join our dynamic team based in Toulouse. In this function you would be responsible to develop and grow a dedicated portfolio of global key accounts. Organizationally attached to the Director of Sales and Marketing at Laselec, you will be directly reporting to the Vice President Industries within the Komax Group, located in Switzerland.
•What you will do
•Closely collaborate with the whole Komax/Laselec team and its agencies in order to build an efficient and strongly connected sales network to serve all assigned key-accounts in the best way possible
•Be an excellent supporter to all stakeholders with deep application knowledge in aerospace wire processing
•Develop and implement specific sales strategies for all assigned key-accounts
•Develop and implement specific channel strategies within the focus regions
•Secure active customer relation data management with up to date lead and opportunity information in CRM
•Establish annual sales forecast for budgeting processes and achieve these targets
•Define appropriate actions in terms of sales target deviation in order to tap the full potential at the assigned accounts
•Provide proficiency about market, customer, applications and competitors by customer analysis
•Implement and monitor code of conduct compliances
•Graduated with a technical certificate or bachelor’s in engineering (Further education in sales management)
•Several years of sales experience in the area of Aerospace
•Profound knowledge in key account management
•Native French speaking with very good English skills in writing and verbal communication
•Strong communication and creative problem solving skills
•Knowledge in wire processing and laser marking is preferred
•Willingness to travel globally

Based in Grand Prairie, TX, the technician will be traveling 50 to 75% mainly across US and Canada.
We are looking for someone willing to travel, no experience candidates are accepted, with knowledge in electronics and/or mechanics. Strong work ethic and teamwork attitude, the technician will be in direct contact with customers. A period of training will be held first in house where the technician will receive basic knowledge on the equipment then on the field where he will assist senior technician and learn from experience in reel context. After that period the technician will be in charge of the installation and maintenance of marker equipment and guaranty the satisfaction of customer.
1 – on the field duties
• Complete preventive and curative maintenance.
• Communicate and report right away any gap or issue encountered.
• Installation and training operator and maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety practices are respected.
• Listen and report customer needs and request/guaranty customer satisfaction.
2 – In house duties
• Follow up customer needs and open points on regular basis.
• Follow action plan in order to address open points.
• Test and repair defective parts.
• Coordinate and plan visits.
• Record and classify paperwork from previous services.
• Writing and follow procedure.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
