In an effort to satisfy our customer’s expectations worldwide and to sustain our continuous growth and development; LASELEC continues to engage its organization to focus on a QUALITY approach led by the application of ISO 9001 version 2008.
Our Quality Policy and General Quality Targets are as follows:
- To guarantee the highest availability rate of our systems, worldwide.
- Through continuous improvement and measuring the performance of our conceived processes in order to ensure “reasonable business process”.
- By implementing a strict control upon the manufacturing process.
- By controlling the level and quality of professional training in our personnel as well as the end-users training for our systems.
- By ensuring the best organization for service to our customers while integrating reactivity, traceability, and adaptability.
- To utilize our innovation to strengthen our position and capture new markets.
- Through setting up an active innovation policy, including partnerships with research institutions, participating in international research programs, and measuring the resulting performance in quantity and quality.
- Through creating a team in charge of technological intelligence so that we may constantly monitor and assess the technological developments and processes implemented throughout the company.
- Persuasive communication
- Through our reactive and competitive communication and marketing policy supplemented with an on-going evaluation of its effectiveness.
I am personally committed to bringing my entire support along with the manpower and material resources necessary to implement this policy.
I personally appoint Valérie HAVARD, assisted by the guidance committee and the PARTITIO Company, as Quality Liaison. She will develop, implement, improve and monitor the quality system procedures; she will also make the personnel aware of customer requirements (expectations), develop the culture of quality and report on the performance of the system.
I ask all company personnel to become involved in the quality program and its policies in order to insure the success in obtaining and maintaining the ISO 9001 certification.
