The 8th of January 2003 saw the Boeing Qualification of ULYS 220.

ULYS 220, widely used since 1998 by Airbus & Eurocopter subcontractors as well as Air France Industrie is now Boeing Qualified, after having passed with flying colours all the tests required by BAC 5152.

The Boeing qualification of ULYS 220 has entitled LASELEC to add LABINAL - the largest wire harness manufacturer - to its customer list and to obtain a major order from Matis Aerospace in Marocco (a joint venture between Boeing, Labinal & RAM).

The qualification of ULYS 220, without a doubt, opens up the American market, not only to LASELEC, but also indirectly to all the European subcontractors who either already have the ULYS 220 (such as T.A.I. in Turkey), or who hope to acquire one in the future.
