The Research center of competitiveness « Cancer-Bio-Health » encompasses the main key players of the Midi-Pyrenees region committed in fighting cancer: clinical and medical trials, research centers, the Food industry, pharmaceuticals, biotechnologies, information technology, micro-nanotechnologies, training centers and organizations.

It defines itself by a global approach and continued fight against cancer, thanks to prevention and acceleration in the treatment of this disease. It intertwines training, research and the industry sector and facilitates synergies between entities and interdisciplinary projects.

The pole Cancer-Bio-Health research center has a double objective: promote therapeutic innovations that are beneficial for the patient, but also generate wealth: foundation of business and partnerships, intellectual property, innovations, new jobs…
